Child abuse comes in many forms. It is always very sad.Based on my experience at the jail, what becomes public is mild compared to what has gone in in private.

It just had to be an Oregonian...

What a terrible thing to do, and judging by his statements to the police it sounds like there was ZERO remorse. That's sickening and I'm not-so-secretly hoping he gets a mild dose of his own medicine.

Must not have "conditioned" them kids right. Sorry thing for any person to do. Altho I have given it thought......

When my brother and I got our collars, we strapped em onto our arms and gave it a zap, it hurt. I cant imagine what the poor kids felt.
