......Well soon to be Master Hunter. John was born on Monday, so he may miss the pheasant opener this year. Can you tell I'm a proud dad?

First off congrats, but for his sake hope he don't look like you. Second hopefully you will let him get a real dog!! If you won't I might have to get him one.

Thanks everyone!! It's nice having a little testosterone in the house. I needed a little help against the wife and two daughters. Actually, my girls are awesome and are wanting to start hunting as soon as they are old enough. The four year old girl saw me "sneaking" in a pink .22 rifle. She keeps asking to go shooting with dad. Not too much longer, but for now they ride with me on the four wheeler while roading the dogs.
