Looks like fun! I thought pointers werent versatile enough to retrieve? :roll: Especially to poop and retrieve, now thats VERSATILE

My little Annie dog has made me so proud the last few days, I know what you mean. She hasn't pooped and retrieved at the same time but on opening day she found a wounded bird that someone shot on the first pass of a field on our second pass through the field after tracking it about 75 yards and yesterday I turned her out in a field that apparently had been hunted earlier in the day by another group and she ran out about 100 yards right out of the truck and retrieved a hen someone had winged and brought it back still alive in her mouth like no big deal. I went ahead and dispatched the hen and counted it as one of my bag limit. I just hope her pups are going to be as good as her.
