Need help quick

I have a lab bitch at home she has 13 pups they are 8 days old. The last litter she developed a mastitis and i had to wean the pups at 2 weeks. She seems to be acting funny her teats feal like there are large firm spots through out her teats. All of them. She doesnt have a fever and is eating and drinking and nursing. But last time sign showed up in minutes. Curious if this is normal or am I gunshy. Adam

Being that she's developed it before, and it being a Friday when your vet may not be opened on the weekend, I would have her checked out to be on the safe side... when it comes to pups and the well being of the bitch, I always go on the side of caution... good luck, 13 pups is quite a handfull. Let us know how she does.

thank you I did take her in she checked out ok. All pups are doing great as is momma . quess i was just a little gunshy. Adam
