I have a 16mo old GSP, 2 cats, 3 kids, 9 pigeons, 500 quail and I'm going tomorrow to get a 8wk English Setter. I'm not sure who has lost their mind more, me or my wife. Oh, and two of the kids are 3mo old twins. Life is good:)

I was up to 2000 chukar, 500 quail, 3 pointers, 2 labs and a daughter....I have since downsized
but am no less nuts than I was

Life is good there my friend! Now I would think you was nuts if you was trying to add more if them kids was around th age of 8 to 15! Then you would not have a minute of free time! Don't believe me? Come live a day at my house!

If it makes you feel any better your not the only crazy nut out there. I have 3 pointers, 1 GWP, 12 falcons, 75 pigeons, 15 laying hens, 100 pheasants, 30 chuckers, just starting a quail growing set up to feed the falcons, 4 boys and a very understanding wife. I also have 9 pups and another batch on the way. Stephen

We have 5 cats, 3 dogs, 4 goldfish, two ducks, 4 pigeons, a rabbit and when my son brought home two tree frogs last night my wife said all we need is a reptile and we have the entire animal kingdom represented. To which my son replied, " I almost caught a snake too!"

i've got 3 kids, 1 cocker, 1 Britt and picking up 7 week old Britt in July. Oh yeah, moving Aug 1st. Not to mention our homeowners a$$ociation is against having more than 2 dogs and viewable kennels from the road...life is good!

Southernblues, that picture is in my back yard and the wood fence in the background is where the dog's fenced in acre begins. Now homeowners and no one to tell me what I can and can't have. Life is great.
