The attitude:
Oh, that is my 12 yr old girl Chloe. She HATES hats to say the least. She did however enjoy her piece of cheesecake! So, I bet I am forgiven

I think it looks like a lot of fun! We don't throw parties for all birthdays but we did when our German Shepherd made it to 10 (she had A LOT of health problems) & I'm planning to have one for our Britt when he turns 16 on the 20th.

I agree, I think it is just fun. I used to do that all the time with my shepherds. When I taught obedience for the public we would have a graduation party. I would bake a cake out of the 3 dog cook book, have frosty paws ice cream and have hats. Its all about fun!
