American Field registered. Comes from a long line of dogs successful in hunting and field trials. Breeder showed me a rather impressive chart going back 5 generations. He's already locking on point occassionally when we do the quail-wing-on-a-fishing-line thing.

Looking forward to training him...but at this point we're just enjoying getting to know each other.

Has there ever been an ugly puppy? Darn it he is a cute little thing. Makes me jealous, until I think about the nighttime and pee puddles on the carpet. :lol: Congrats, and enjoy him.
