Best of luck and all the well wishes being sent to Ezzy today as he has his hip surgery..thinking of our fellow forum member and hunter, have a speedy recovery and get back to the dogs and birds very soon!!

Get well soon Ezzy - and don't push the recovery/physical therapy part. Rooster's breeder had hip surgery a while back - and she did fine, but had to take it easy. I can tell that you aren't one to enjoy forced inactivity - but just do what the doc orders and you'll be up and around in no time.

Talked to him Last night he had to be there at 7 this morning and is planning on being home tomorrow morning. and going to his first physical therapy app on Thursday to get ready for his next hip replacement in May.

Sure good to come home and see a list like this. I don't suppose any of you know just how impoerant you all are to me. Thanks so much. Got home about noon had a bite to eat , had to check this out and am heading for the bed to rest a little. Everything is great so far, no major pain medicines and am using a cane in the house just for steadiness. Can tell when I have been on it for a while. Need eo get it elevated and iced form what I can feel and will ry to get back on here this evening for a bit. Keep it clean and thanks for the thoughts each and everyone of you. And pray for a good nesting season!

Thanks a lot . I alway knew you wouldn't take advantage of an old weak man that is severely injured. I do sicerely thank all of you for the well wishes. I'm sure the next few days will be worse but then I sure hope everything falls back in place so I can do this again.
