Pointer black nose w/ light pads
Is it considered a flaw for a black and white pointer with black nose to have light colored pads?
Re: Pointer black nose w/ light pads

nope, the long tail is considered a flaw.Is it considered a flaw for a black and white pointer with black nose to have light colored pads?
Re: Pointer black nose w/ light pads
I doubt that light-colored pads on a black and white pointer would qualify as a flaw, although the consensus seems to be that darker pigmentation provides for a more durable pad. Probably one of those things you'd prefer to see on a dog, but I don't think many pointer enthusiasts would disqualify a dog based on the color of it's pads.

The alleles that color the nose and eyerims are different, in part, from those that color the footpads. Did you check under his tail? Not black, I'll bet.
Never try to teach a pig to sing. It wastes your time and annoys the pig.

Under her tail is light with some black spots.
