it was me

I moved it over for moderators discussion as personally i got a few PM's about it so before it become a feeding frenzy I felt better to pull it for further review

Someone moderates our private discussions? That's scary.

So, you're basically saying that PM"s are not private.

Don't think that would work plus I don't have time to work on it as I am busy monitoring Georgia Boys posts, his PM's, and when I have time even his thoughts and dreams. Pretty interesting stuff.

Don't do that Ted, we need you. :D I don't know anything about your deleted post, but It seems that sometimes I suspect a member is whining, complaining and calling foul through PM's to the mods and everyone is supposed to tip toe around that member while everybody else is fair game. This is just my suspicion, but it is sure looking that way to me. This may well get deleted too.

Move on and just get used to it. We as a country no longer have a sack. We have to worry about the few we may offend. My children used to attend ( and I do mean used to) a school that had one jewish family in my daughters class and the parent complained that they do not celebrate Halloween. When I went to pick up my daughter and asked how her halloween party went she informed me that it was a treasure hunt party not a halloween party. With the mother standing behind me, I informed my daughter that we live in america and celebrate Halloween and that is exactly what the party was that day. Just like when you are listening to the radio, if you don't like what you are reading then hit the back button and find another topic. Last I checked we were supposed to still have freedom of speech, but that greatly depends on the state you reside in.

Joe you're a good ole boy I get how you think and feel I'm the same way but America is dominated by the Minority of people who think they have to make everyone happy and protect them from things that might upset them, like calling it the holidays instead of Christmas because not all of us celebrate it just like what you described at your daughters school it, people are so afraid to piss someone off because of the possibility of a law suite. I saw a Post on facebook the other day were a gal called the cops cause she saw a boy had killed a squirrel with a BB gun, when I was a kid we killed squirrels birds and all kinds of stuff with our BB guns with my friends in town and no one batted an eye lash heck the Police officer in town stopped and gave us a shooting lesson, now a days the kid gets arrested what a bunch of crap.

yeah, I know. Grew up on Oklahoma in a town of 300. We shot up alot of stuff too. Still don't like how it has gotten. This is a place to post threads. you may like it you may not but anyone should have the right to post without having it deleted because a select few don't like it. Again, read it and if you don't like it, disagree with it, or are offended by it, move on. No matter how important you think you are, there are others who might like the thread and want to participate. The best discussions happen when you stay away from the far left and the far right. Try the middle just for a little bit. You might actually like it.

PMs are completely private. I'f the NSA wanted them, they could probably do so, but the moderators have no access at all. The site admin could get to them if he wanted to put a ton of work into it. But, get real, neither the NSA nor the site admin give a rip.

Come on Greg, you know how we sit around and just can't wait for the next PM.   Wonder what they write about that they think would be of interest to us? I really think it is funny that anyone would think someone just can't wait to read their PM's. Must be a lot more entertaining than mine are.

See this is what I'm talking about. If you just let the thread unfold. We now know that :

1. Greg doesn't want us to know they are watching.
2. Ezzy can't wait for our pm's and completely threw Greg under the bus.
3. The most disturbing of all, Chukar wears a banana hamock. Please don't tell us the color. Leave it to the imagination.

Can you believe that 4862 members are happy and one says we stink, Thats is the best record on the net and proves we are doing something right. Come back again when you feel you can stand it. We certainly miss the critizim when you are gone.
