EGSPC Trial next weekend in NJ

Hello All,

I attended my first trial this weekend in Medford, NJ. It was a brittany trial and I probably should not have gone. I think I'm hooked. I rented a horse for the open puppy and watched 4 great looking brits run. So now I have entered Kona in next weeks GSP trial in Medford. I would like to see how she does with other pointers.

We will be running in the Am Walking Pup on Saturday and the Open on Sunday. I was just curious if there were going to be any members from this site running next weekend. I would like to maybe put some faces with some names.

I'll be judging at North Jersey Brittany Club's trial in a few weeks in Medford, and my husband will be running one of our dogs. They put on a good trial that's open to all breeds. You should come!

Yeah, I am looking a few over the next few weeks to run her in. I just want to see her run. I am thinking of joining the club in Medford, NJ. It's 35 min from my house.

Won't be able to make the 14th. Rutgers Homecoming and we have tickets to go. They play navy. It's a family get together.

Saw a couple of pointers run today with the brits. Am looking forward to seeing some pointers and shorthairs run this weekend. The list should be out thursday. My daughter fell in love with some brit pups this weekend. No offense to brit runners but they need a bit longer tail to reside at our residence. I don't think I have found anything i enjoyed more than hunting behind a great bird dog until this weekend. Being horseback and watching great running dogs show their training. Just a fun time. Some great looking brits and a few red setters. Haven't seen a red setter in years.

no worries crazyboy. There is a brit trial on Oct14 and a vizla trial on the 22nd at the same location. The English Setter Club at Medford, nj. All pointing breeds allowed.

I will be there. I used to run this trial and now help out where I can. It's a great trial.

You should check out the Penn-Jersey Field trial Club held down in Peasly Wildlife area (new Jersey) October 15, 16. It is an AF Trial and will be mostly Pointers and Setters but open to any dogs. Saturday is all Walking so you don't need a horse, Sunday is Horseback.
