Need Technical help.

Post by Ruffshooter » Sat Oct 29, 2011 11:57 am

Some how I hit something on this blasted computer and everything is wicked small except the page. All the words are and I can hardly see it.

What did I do?
How can I fix it?

Right click the mouse on the desktop and select properties - from there select the appearance tab and change your pixel size. The smaller the numbers - say 800x800 (doing this from memory) = larger font size - the more numbers - 1480x1240 = teenager sized fonts.

Hope that helps.

I believe using control (key) and the +key, will also do it.

If you're talking about websites and you're running Internet Explorer, in the lower right corner there's a number with a magnifying glass. Set it to 100 or greater (there's a drop down arrow to the right of the number).

Try holding down Ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel.

Grab a beer and watch a ball game. Your kid will fix it right up when he get's home! :(
