New Walnut Hill Pup!

Post by grant » Fri May 19, 2006 10:36 am

I'm posting this for Brenda "snips"

Walnut Hills new edition. (*Rick`s) Yes, he has whiskers. Rick tried to tell people he was a Fritz pup with a cow lick on his nose. 'Famous Amos" at 4 months.

Now don`t go getting your whiskers up guys! I have worked several real nice dogs from this guys breeding, liking them all, when Ron showed up with this pup from his last litter, Rick grabbed him. Yes Greg, his sire is Wilson, a NFC AA dog that Greg Dixon ran. I had him here a couple of months and really liked him.

No he`s ours. I just asked Grant if he would post it because I can`t do it with webtv. He thinks that is the only way you are suppossed to go in the water.

Hopefully you will. He`s got a bunch of growing up to do. I took him out a few days ago with some left over quail, he pointed 2 birds together, I came back without him awhile later (he was still out hunting), and he came home about 20 min later with the bird. He`s got the stuff!

Now that is one fine looking wirehair Brenda. That is the kind of pup we all would like to own. Good luck with him.

He looks even better in person. I got to watch him playing around at the Mid-South NAVHDA test. I saw a gwp listed on a site out of the same stud. She is a pup about 6 months old http://www.gundogsonline.com/hunting-do ... 29954.html I wonder if it is the same litter?

Yep, same litter. They will be turning 6 months on June 1. I can`t believe he is selling her. That is less than he paid for her. Uhmmm. You ought to grab her Kevin. I would get her but we have this male.

Well, I bought her. I have a client coming here in a couple of weeks that lives near him and can give her a ride.

I could have never talked my wife into another pup. That is funny that Rick and you now both have one of those hairy dogs.
