Great pictures, killing that racoon is going to save a whole lot of quail eggs. Wish more people would take out coons, ferule cats, skunks. I wish the roadrunners here in NM were not protected they have been seen killing an entire group of chicks both peasant and quail.

Saterday in the field with my GSP... He went on point with a slow cat walk, but very bug eyed...Then this gray fox came out of a down blow/tree top..I gave it one and then my friend finished it good..Was a good day to get one of these bird eaters out off the field(female)..The grays around here can even climb trees like a cat...We finished the day with 2 woodeys and 3 grouse..

I have seen grays chase squirrels right up a tree.

That is one good looking pup in the right of box. Here are some of his daddy doing it too. He had a pointed and retrieved a rabbit too but it was cleaned and censored for photos. Bottom shot has two tree rats and a ringneck.
