Desert wanderings

Post by Dirtysteve » Mon Nov 28, 2011 8:39 pm

So with the long weekend I decided to head out to one of my favorite places, Utahs West Desert.
I threw in the dogs and camera and headed out.
Warning I'm no Doc Favor when it comes to working a camera and the bird hunting was kinda slow (managed a few). So I just wandered around, followed the dogs and snapped a few pictures.
Hope you enjoy

The numbers are spotty. Some ranges are better than I have ever seen them. Some still haven't recovered

Looks like you're in an old fire area. Just curious, do you know how long ago the fire occurred?

Very cool pictures - thanks for posting them - these pics always make my day.

Definitely looks like a guy could wear out a pair of boots in this country - that and walk off a Thanksgiving dinner! :D
