Holy cow. I'm jealous!!!! I'm a newb to the whole field trialing game, but the 4 sets of grounds I competed at were nothing like the ones pictured. I've had to get over the fact that once I let my pup go, that it'll be a little while before I see him again. I remember the first time I sent him out, and I said a little prayer to the doggie gods that he'd come back.
I am in Ohio, and I'm lucky to have a 1/2 mile view of my dog, and even then it's usually in high grasses, then trees, a smallish field, back to the woods, etc... Maybe if I lived near you guys, I'd actually know what my dog was doing when he was ranging.
I'll try to post some pics later from field trials and my training grounds.
