Help .... tritronics holster needed

Post by RoostersMom » Fri Feb 10, 2012 12:48 pm

Before you ask, I have looked online at gds and lion country. I am looking for a tritronics holster I saw being worn by a gentleman at the National PF Birddog Classic last Saturday (which was AWESOME by the way). It was an orange shell for a tritronics transmitter. It wasn't the cheesy fabric ones though, it was some type of hard shell, but not bulky. It looked to fit the transmitter exactly. Does anyone have a clue where I could get one? I wish I had asked the guy, but I was running like crazy.

Check Avery @ http://www.averyoutdoors.com 800-333-5119. They made a holster like the one you describe. I haven't looked at their product offerings recently so I do not know what is currently available.

Is it maybe the one that Avery used to make? Like this? Kind of a hard shell that wrapped around the transmitter - http://www.dixiesage.com/i/191/avery-tr ... orange.htm

I am almost 100% certain the one you speak of is an Avery holster. They are pretty legit holsters. However, Avery discontinued them and they are hard to find. However, I have some brand new ones in my desk. What model holster do you need? Field, Sport, or G2?

Not sure which tranmitter you have but if you have a G3, as I do. I bought one of the discontinued Avery G2 cases and was able to trim it to fit the the G3.

That's the one. I'm gonna PM Jess and see if he has it! G2 is what I've got.

Dixie Dog Supply still has holsters for the G2 on their website.
