Quasar--- a massive and extremely remote celestial object emitting exceptionally large amounts of energy....sound like a good bright pup to me! Good luck!

I liked Quinn too, but I know one named Quinn already, bummed me out when I saw it would be "Q" litter.
Quasar is good!

They are all good. Quiver and Quest are on the short list too.

Geesh M, could you pick a harder one? IDK if this is acceptable, but can you do like SO AND SO'S QUAIL CHASER (or insert something else for Chase), and then call her say Chase (or whatever). Or is that too much of a cheat? Or do you really want her call name to be a "Q" too? I know of a few german dogs whose call name is different from their registered name. What I'm doing up at 4:30 am IDK, but now I'll be lying awake stuck on a "Q" name.

I think Quell is a great name, too. It sounds a little bit like the girl's name Elle, so I think it would be lovely for a female. Awesome meaning.

quell
verb (used with object)
1. to suppress; put an end to; extinguish: The troops quelled the rebellion quickly.
2. to vanquish; subdue.
3. to quiet or allay (emotions, anxieties, etc.): The child's mother quelled his fears of the thunder.

I suppose, depending on where you live, it could be mistaken for Quail. Here in the south Quell and Quail are pronounced basically the same way.

I think "Qharley" would be a good name and you could call it Chuck. Boy you really had me going. I couldn't figure out what "Q" ment! Read four or five answer's before I figured it out! And I border on gunius, well on the low side!

I like "Q" also. Easy to say, easy to yell, and doesn't sound like any of the other commands you might use.
