My New Llewellin Pup...

Post by Montana » Mon Apr 02, 2012 10:04 am

Meet "Buster", my new Llewellin pup.. I had some more glamorous names picked out but my wife started calling him "Buster" and it seems to have stuck.... A new pup always brings hopes and dreams of great times to come, memories in the field, etc. Time will tell, of course, but I'm very optimistic!!!

He's not pointing here... I just caught him standing with his foot up..

Great looking pup. Post some pics when he's fully ticked out. Should be even better if that's possible. Suggestion: let him drag around a check cord of varying lengths for about a year. Enjoy.
Pointed birds: If it's flyin', it's dyin'.

In 1969, the only woodstock I saw was on my M-14.

nice lookin' dog! where did you get him from? he looks similar to a couple of pups in a litter that just went home from the breeder that i got my dogs from a couple of years ago.

Montana,
Beautiful new Llew pup, have a great time with him as he matures into the gun dog you dream of.

He must have something on his mind. I love the tricolor. Great looking pup. Buster is a great name. Having a Buster myself.
The best part of training is seeing the light come on in your little prot'eg'e.
