Does anyone have experience with this company. I have been trying to contact them about some birds I ordered and have not recieved. The phone overthere goes to the recorder. I left messages with no reply for two weeks now.

To be honest I'm more disapointed then mad. Now I got to find someone else with birds and wait some more.

Its been a year since i have bought from them. I had the best hatch ever with their eggs. It may just be the busy season. Possibly medical, environmental, or other family emergency. They were the best i had found to date.

Reminds me of a joke.
Barnicle Bill sailor goes into a cat house and knock's on the door. A voice on the other side ask's "who is it"? And he replys it's Barnicale Bill the sailor. The voice ask's "what do you want"? And Bill replys, "I want sex". The voice on the otherside replys, "alright, slide $20 under the door. Bill does as he's told and nothing happens. About ten minutes goes by and Bill knocks on the door again. A voice on the other side say's, "who is it"? And Bill replys, it's me. Barnicale Bill". The voice on the other side say's "what do you want"? And Bill says, "I want some sex"! The voice on the other side say's, "what again"?

Did they give you a date for when the birds would arrive? On their website, it mentions 4 weeks advance notice on chick orders, and not shipping chicks until June 1st. Not an excuse for why they're not answering the phone though...

Ok so just a update I got ahold of adam from sudden flush through email. He and his wife have been swamped. He took my order and apologized for not getting to me sooner. Also if folks are interested in ordering bird from them the website as been updated today to refelct new pricing and what birds they have left for the season.
