MN Dog Training
MN Dog Training
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew of any good trainers in MN, ND, WIS or IA? Now I know there are many, however, many of them are pretty expensive. I have two GSPs (one much weaker than the other) and was looking for some brush up training for both of them. I live in MN and many of the trainers around here charge an arm and a leg for training. I have had both of them trained by great trainers for a few weeks each, however, after my wife and I having our first child, the budget has decreased drastically. I am originally from ND so I wouldn't mind going back that direction if the cost was right. As mentioned before, WIS or IA works as well given the distance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
JR

I know Phil Rogers with Windy Acres Kennel in Napolean, ND does a good job. He is less than a lot out there. He has 52 years under his belt training bird dogs. Here is a link to his site.

Re: MN Dog Training
I’d check with Mark Dinsmore (L’Etoile du Nord Kennel), on here ohmymy111, he lives in Sykeston ND. Not sure of his rates or if he has any openings but he has some great dogs. Worth checking into.

It's not how many breaths you have taken but how many times it has been taken away!
Has anyone noticed common sense isn't very common anymore.

I've used Jerry Sather in Faribault (labs unlimited) and Chad Hines in Little Falls (Willow Creek). Both did great with my GSP!

Why are you replying to a post that was directed at what someone else posted :roll:ezzy333 wrote:Georgia Boy,
Thanks for the reply and sage advice, but maybe you need to read better or at least have a better understanding of some of the posts. There is no need to feel you have to reply to a post that was directed at what someone else posted. Ezzy
