SETTER SEARCHING

Post by jimssetters » Fri Dec 21, 2012 7:37 pm

I was at a trial this past week talking Setters. There was some talk about a Setter out west with a high tail on his back not butt. All they could remember is this dog had iron in his name.He has placed and been in the AF weekly paper. Any ideas?

Skyview Setters has some "Iron" dogs. IIRC their Iron Time goes back to Grid Iron.

http://www.skyviewsetters.com/others.php Scroll down to Thunderbird Jaxinabox. Beautiful dog, qualified for the big Dance. Not sure if this is the one they spoke of. Jetsetter x Skyview Iron Time

Go for Broke is a little south of me. What size dogs and how much run?

I bred a daughter of Grid Iron to Smarty Smith. I've been very happy with them.

The girls are small but firecrackers. I just got a Garmin so I'm not gonna be hacking as much and will let you know asap. Both tri color. I will need to figure out the stud to use still. I'm not real familiar with my setter lines yet.
