Sonoita Arizona is south of Tucson headed towards Sierra Vista.

It would be a small dot on the map since Sonoita is a very small town 1 gas station a feed shop and Ace hardware and few restaurants ..There is a small bakery Just had some pumpernickle bread they made wish I would have gotten another loaf Katrina's Cafe they are only open 4 days a week....Then there is a small shop that makes flavored balsamic vinegars and olive oils...going to try the roasted garlic olive il with prickle pear balsamic vinegar dressing...Oh they had some brownies made with jalapeno olive oil...that was pretty interesting as you didn't get the jalapeno taste till you were done with the brownie

Anyways ....pretty neat stuff even some wineries down in that area Elgin is a little more known for the AZ wines

Yeah I've ridden in the Sonoita Rodeo a few times. Beautiful country just a bit of a drive for a fundraiser. However season ends on the 10th so.... Gives me a reason to head down that way where you can get all three. Maybe the old lady will understand! Here's to hopeing no work, and it is the week before Yuma rodeo so I have the weekend off from rideing.
