The new project!!
Been a little busy, but never too busy to get myself into trouble..... Here's a pic or two of the new pup standing some birds.

Re: The new project!!
Thanks, six months old and ready for some broke derby.
Re: The new project!!
The last 7 weeks must have been hard. He's looking good. You should come out to Temecula some time with Ryan and I, turn some dogs loose.

Re: The new project!!
He's so white! O.K., I'm biased, I like the looks of your Kimber (right?) dog. But this boy is well put together if one ignores the basic white pattern .

Re: The new project!!
I like Kimbers colors more also. But this guy is out of the box, easy to train, can run an hour without conditioning, loves to stand his birds with no pressure and has since he was 3 months. He's going to be a monster in the field.
Re: The new project!!
Good looking pup, how many times a week do you get to run him?

Re: The new project!!
That was the first time in seven weeks. He had been on crate rest. He will get out 3-7 days a week from now on.

Re: The new project!!
Nice dog Tyler,I know you like the color of Kimber but if this dog does half as good as she did color won't matter much & the white just may grow on you.I started out with the traditional color GSPS but at the present only have the white & Lvr plus 2 solid lvr dogs. You will get a lot of flack over GSP & Pointer crosses but I think you can handle it!!
Oh & my solid Lvr dogs came from the same breedings as my white & Lvr dogs,no one ever says they are crosses!

Re: The new project!!
I was just wondering if there was a specific reason for the crate rest.

Yes, but nothing that has to do with him or how he is bred.whatsnext wrote:I was just wondering if there was a specific reason for the crate rest.

Surprised to see you putting up pictures of a white and liver dog since you don't think they have any style. Looks like he is proving that theory wrong!
Looks good to me.

Re: The new project!!
He doesn't have style....... I just think its fun to make him stand there while I take pics and flush a bird... The take more pics while making him stand longer.... Just a project.

Now that's funny. I'd say no, though. Go Boy wasn't that white!cmc274 wrote:How's he bred? Go boy?

Re: The new project!!
I knew someone would see his sisters sooner or later. I would be on a list for a puppy out of one if he breeds it to a dog or two he runs.
