Plantation hunting in the Carolinas

I would like to hunt on a quail plantation this winter I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions, I want wild birds not a hunting preserve.

You may consider Doug Deats. Super guy and spades of experience in managing quail habitat. He owns a plantation in, I think, Virginia. Here is a link to his training site - http://kennel.homestead.com/index.html. You'd probably have to get ahold of him for information on the plantation.

All of the wild quail plantation in the Carolinas are private that I know about. You can find some open to the public that do a early pre release in sept that are very good.

Wild quail might require a stretching of definition and belief at any facility in the SE open to shooting by the wallet.
Someone might take a released quail and aggravate it for you though.
