looking for quail in minnesota

anyone know where I could pick up a few quail in Northern Minnesota? thinking of building a small recall house to hold about a dozen birds at a time, what type of quail would be the best? whats the going rate?

I been getting live quail for 3.00 per here. :) come on down and I will get you some.

I know a guy is Bismarck ND, no sure where is northern MN you are but may be worth the trip.
