Nice think I might go out this week. See if we can find a grouse or woodcock.

I still have little little chicks running around my house so I will probably wait a couple more weeks.

Dusky grouse last weekend and again this weekend. Finally got the chicks big enough to go for it. Season opens in only 2 weeks... gonna be some small birds getting shot, and unfortunately I know I'll take a couple for lack of better judgement this fall.
