I am trying to find a reputable quail plantation of sorts where a guy can take his son for a once in a lifetime quail hunt. I would like to limit it to Kansas/Oklahoma area. I am looking for a place that offers lodging, meals, wild or established coveys, and I will be bringing my own dogs. If anyone has any ideas or knowledge or suggestions of some places I could look at please let me know.
Thanks,
Brent

Ive always wanted to go to Greystone Castle. I know its not in the states you mentioned but everything that I have heard has been very positive.

I don't think wild quail would be in the cards in that area for at least a few years. The drought of the last couple years has pretty much wiped out wild bird hunting, from what I've read. The "managed" hunt clubs may be your only option in that area.
Here's a link to Orvis lodges. Greystone does look like a first class place.

I was considering going to Sand Wells in southwest corner of Kansas for a Hickox hunt/class at one time. Accomodations look ok, but not anything like Greystone.
