winchester 22 black powder blanks/starter guns

I would like to find a cheap blank gun that will fire these rounds as I have a few hundred. Bought a cheap alarm gun on gunbroker and these rounds are too long. Would also like the name and model of starter guns that will fire the ramset loads. Yes I would like to find a NEF or H&R but are hard to find and they go for as much as a new alpha or gunx on gunbroker. So if you have a gun that will shoot either of these two rounds please let me know the type and model. These are the names of what I am seeing on gunboker, but the sellers are clueless as to what they will shoot and most want way too much for the guns.

Olympic 880 ( I have one but it broke and would shoot Win BP round but not ramset round)

My Olympic lasted 18 years before it broke, replaced it with a Kimar on sale for $49 and it lasted less than 100 rounds.
