This is Chief's first time running a Single over 75 yards, the retrieve on video is 150 yards. Not to bad if I must say so myself! Gotta keep working on his blind retrieves over 50 yards though. I have him steady thru gunshot, fetch and to heel, sit, and release. Pretty excited for tests next Spring!!! APLA and Retriever tests!!!! Not trying to boast but for being my first Gundog and being only 18 (17 when I got him) I think I'm doing an okay job. Chief also has over 250 in action bird retrieves (upland/waterfowl) and is only 1.5 years old. Thanks for looking!
