I have this model and I would recommend the delta but not the delta sport. The bark function is almost worthless. I had one issue where the collar unit would not turn on after about two weeks. Garmin replaced it no questions asked. No issues since but once again if you read about the bark function closely you will understand why it's worthless. Size weight ease of use. All good. Good battery life and very user friendly. I would recommend the delta as a training collar but if you need a bark collar buy a separate one

If you like to vary on intensity quickly and as efficiently as possible I find any digital face requiring to push and wait taking your eyes of the dog longer then a blink of the eye to get the level you need useless for a field training collar.

Didn't care about the bark collar but wanted the extra range. I decided to just get some custom batteries for my Tri-Tronics Pro 500. Hope that takes care of the problem.

Thanks,

Steve
