I am looking at getting some bibs for training. Was wondering wbich is better Dan's or Mules.

I thought Mules closed shop a while back? I have mules Chaps and I love them! Extremely durable.

I can't comment on Mules, but I am very happy with my jacket from Dan's. If the chaps and bibs are as good as the jackets are you should be in good shape.

Filson you will only have to buy them once!

I have filson and don't like them, they're too darn stiff. Can't even wear them in the winter up here. In fact I've only worn them twice and I'd sell them for half price.

We grew up wearing WICK stuff chasing coon hounds, and coyote hounds, and I always swore it waas the best stuff out there. When I got back into upland hunting a few years ago WICK was out so I bought Filson stuff. I do like Filson, but after looking up some of the dans stuff I am going to be in the market for some dans bibs and a coat this spring. I still have the WICK coat I wore in highschool, but It seems to have shrunk hanging in the closet!?

I wore the filsons I had out up to my calves the first year I had mine & the seems went out the rest of the way up.Like gonehuntin said in the cold they are stiff as boards besides being some of the most expensive,one pair was enough!
