I wanted to share a video that was shot at our first trial as a club in November. This was a surprise to us, but very impressed with the work and hoping it creates a little positive PR for field trials. David Bruner Halloway did an excellent job filming and putting the video together. Hopefully we will be able to get him to come back again so we can set him up with a 4 wheeler where he can get out on the course and get even more footage of the trial. If you watch closely you might catch Maurice Lindley in the background. There has been a good group of people that have done a lot of work to get akc trials started back in SC and make the Carolina's Pointing Dog Association successful.

Thanks guys. We had a great trial. We were had 4-5 new people run dogs that had never been to a FT which is always good and we always make an effort to make sure they feel welcome and want to come back.

I am talking with the guy who made the video to see if we might be able to get him out again to get some more footage of dogs. We didn't even know he was coming to the trial or we would have set him up to be able to get a lot more footage than he did. I am also getting some information if any other clubs or groups are interested in getting a video made shoot me a message and I will send it to you when I get it.
