Other dog sports/activities

I am looking for some additional activities that my lab and I can enjoy together. Some things I am looking into to supplement the fall hunting is ski-joring in the winter and dock dogs in the summer, maybe some shed hunting as well. What other things do you guys do to spend time with your bird dogs outside of hunting?
