pup lost a toe nail

A couple weeks ago my pup lost a toe nail while out hunting, the pinkish flesh underneath is visible. What can I treat it with to help this heal faster? He has been running around normally with no limp but he will whine when I touch it.

I'd soak it in warm water and Epsom salts off and on and watch for infection. It will grow back.
