Golden Retriever Breeder

I have a hunting buddy who is looking for a Golden Retriever breeder in the Michigan/Indiana area. Anyone know of a good breeder in this area? Thanks for any suggestions.

I would contact Lorie Jolly. She is not in your area but she would probably know good trainable healthy lines to recommend. I would also be willing to travel for the right dog. I have traveled as far as 10 hours one way for the right labrador puppy and shipped GSP's to Alaska and California, although I am less fond of shipping. Always makes me a bit nervous.

Thanks, I will have him look into that. My wife and I have drove 8 hours for a puppy one way, I am not a fan of shipping either. Thanks for the information.
