I picked up my pup last night from Northwaters. Had her flown in, instead making the 38 hour round trip to get her! Since I've only had her 16 hours now there isn't much I can say about her, other than first impressions but she is an awesome little dog.

She loves attention and people. The hour ride home from the airport she insisted on trying to climb onto my shoulders to nap there but quickly settled for riding shotgun. I have a feeling she will be very easy to potty train. She will go each and every time I take her outside and will do it almost immediately. We have a lot of work ahead of us for this summer but hopefully we can run her in the NA test and see if we can get her JH title completed before the year is over.

I had the dogs out in the yard today when a couple pigeons decided to fly down and eat some corn out of the grass.



Both dogs went on point. The pup's style will improve but I was happy to see her pointing the birds.

Don't know if that is a point. Looks like she is trying to decide which way to run. Older dog looks good. Good Luck..................Cj

The picture doesn't do a good job to show it, she was pointing but it took me a minute to grab the iPhone so she was just coming out of it.

A better picture of her pointing. We'll get out to the fields and plant some birds in cover this weekend for her.

Introduced her to Chukar this weekend. It took her a minute or two to figure out how to grab it but once she caught on she was carrying it around like a pro!
