I'm watching a show on the pursuit channel called that dog can hunt.

Have you seen it?

What are your comments on there training techniques & dog work?

I watched this segment. Thought it was ok. Pretty down to earth. Ask 5 trainer how to teach sit, bet you will get 8 different answers!

I was working in the garage this weekend and my wife calls me in to watch this show. I hadn't seen it previously and enjoyed the segment. The training portion showed a pup site-pointing a live pigeon on a string and balancing on a barrel - both techniques I've run across before. I was just glad to see a show with working dogs and birds - nice job Pursuit Channel!!

I personally like there training methods I seen every episode. I like the fact that they don't seem to train huge running in their dogs. I myself like to watch my dog work but to each their own. Seem like a good family.
