Hey guys - when you are hunting with the garmin alpha, where are you putting it?

I normally have my collar handheld in a holster on my right side but I'm curious where y'all are putting yours.

I have a strap vest (wing works) and I have a holder that fits on the shoulder strap.
I think I got if from Wing Works if I remember correctly.

I wear a wing works vest. They sell a holster for it and I wear it on the off shoulder strap.

I use the hip clip that it came with and clip it on my front pocket then i have a lanyard made out of paracord that i loop through a belt loop so that if the clip falls comes off my pocket i don't lose it. it works great because i don't have to move it to use the three buttons. if i need to look at the screen it is easy to take off the clip and then reattach very quickly.

I don't have an alpha but I do have an astro and I made a leather holster very similar to what wing works sells ( but with a couple added fail safes ) and I really like the style. I don't use a bell or a beeper with my dogs so I probably look at the screen a little more than most people do, but its really nice just pick the unit up, glance at the screen and drop it out of the way knowing that it is safe and secure and ready for me to pick up again anytime I need to consult the oracle.
