As a matter of course I force break all my dogs off deer. Apparently I am really good at it.
My kennel is inside a 1 acre yard with a 5' woven wire fence and I have seen sign, from time to time, of deer jumping it. Usually bounding from one side to the other, near the back. But today I found deer scat about 3' from the front of a 6 dog kennel. I can only imagine my dogs quivering in fear as the deer squated to poop and then calmly strolled away and rejumped the fence.
If only I was as 1/2 as good at other training.
