Perfect Pedigree NEW Account Setup ERROR?

I am attempting to setup a new Perfect Pedigree account and when I click on "Register" I receive the following error. Can anyone help decipher this for me? glblair5 at gmail dot com

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /register.php on this server.
Apache/2.2 Server at www.perfectpedigrees.com Port 80

I had the same thing happen and went to so I set up my pedigree using the createpedigree site. Charlie's Pedigree is in my tag line.

I resorted to Gundog Central's pedigree tool. It was relatively simple...

I like perfect pedigrees because of the photo and additional info you can add. I also like Gundog Central tool, you can run a pedigree back 8 generations with it.
