New Pup

Post by Vispar » Mon Sep 29, 2014 1:32 pm

Our family just welcomed Briggs to the pack on Saturday. He's getting settled in nicely. Looking forward to many years chasing grouse together in Michigan.

I anticipate he'll be running the joint inside of 2 months. He sure is a looker!

So, does he allow you on the couch? how about bed, does he give you room? I suspect he has a place at the table. :D

Lol. He's been making himself comfy on the couch, and he doesn't have a place at the table, but I think he's getting used to eating his meals without eight siblings climbing over him.

As for the bed....maybe someday, but for the foreseeable future, his nights will be spent on a nice comfy pad in his crate. :D

They don't stay that floppy-eared size for long, so enjoy it while you can! My 14-week old has outgrown the cocker spaniel and is gaining on the 4-yr old GSP pretty quick. His range while out on walks, runs, and our 1-1/2 mile morning bike ride is increasing weekly. What's amazing is his stamina for such a young age! Have fun and keep us posted on his progress!

Thank you! He is from Eulenhof/Serakraut Kennels. The sire is Flower Creek Revolution, and the dam is Eulenhof's Fraulein Gretchen.
