Tri-Tronics Tracer Color?

I'm going to purchase a tracer for my collar, which color tracer light works best for you?

I know what this is, but I don't know why it's needed, as you can't hunt after sunset unless you are doing night raccoon hunting.

I do some night training and haven't invested in a tracer, but have given it some thought. I saw a white one and it was pretty great. To say it was bright is an understatement.

Yes, I want to use it for our afternoon/early evening runs. The days are pretty short now, and by the time I get out of work it is getting dark.
