Is it even legal to claim to have a new pup, without posting pictures? It shouldn't be...

You Can do it all on a smart phone. Use photo bucket to resize to 550 or 600 the big way. Use full not mobile at the bottom. Find photo editor on right side. On that screen below where the picture goes it will say download to bucket or download. Hit download find picture you want. Click on it that puts it up on the screen. Hit resize from above. Change the biggest number to 550. Hit save on upper right. Partway down on right will be some options. Hit download. This will send it right back to your phone. When you do a reply under the box. click on attachment. Choose file. I hit documents then photos. The resized photo will be there as download. Click on the resized picture. Press add file. Then hit place in line it will show in the box as a line of numbers and letters. That's your photo. Hope I didn't miss anything. You can attach the photo from your phone without resizing but it will be LARGE .
