Bark collars

Post by codym » Wed Feb 25, 2015 10:56 am

Anyone have any recommendations on a good rechargeable bark collar? I bought a couple sport dogs in the past and they only lasted 6 months. Need some that will hold up to daily use. Thanks

I have a couple of Dogtra YS 500 collars that are at least ten years old and still holding a charge and doing what they need to do.

I've seen that, but I have a pro 500 g3 that I like and not really wanting to get a whole new set up.

The smaller Dogtra is OK if you have one dog. But if you have more than one, an adjacent dog's barking can set off the collar. The larger(500) model has a different sensing setup which can only be activated by the dog wearing the collar. I learned that one the hard way.
