Ken Levy
I know many here knew Ken Levy either through the dog world, bear Archery in phoenix or from bass fishing
Basics he wasn't feeling good the other day and he ended up in the hospital they found a couple holes in his heart and tried to repair. Then they put him into a medical coma but his organs are failing
Please say some prayers for his family and him as they are going to keep him on life support until tomorrow so his family can fly in and be by his side as they take him off life support.

Re: Ken Levy
I've only known ken for a couple years, but he was a great guy. He would give you the shirt off his back and was fiercely protective of his friends and family. I can't remember all the things he did for me, he'll he loaned me a blank pistol last weekend. He was just a great person to be around. He would really light up when he talked about his old aa dog Michael, or when his young dog jester had a good run.
Ken was a warrior, patriot, dog man, and a good friend. I wish you a safe and speedy passage to the other side my friend. You will be missed.

I'm real sorry to hear about Ken. When I saw him in Sonoita he looked fit as a fiddle. Every day we are on this earth is a gift.
May God speed.

Sad news, its always a bad deal when one of us dog people leaves early. Prayers for his family.
Re: Ken Levy
Now that's a kick in the head. What a nice person he is, he helped me get the best female I ever had. I was hoping to meet up with him again this summer.
I hope someone takes real good care of his dogs. I got room here for any they cannot take care of. Can any one deliver that message to his family? He has a pup out of my dogs was competing for her Dual.

I too never knew Ken but you can tell that a man has lived a good life by the footprints he leaves behind. Sad but heartwarming to read the testimonials you folks wrote for him.
....clear skies Ken~

Ode to an Outdoorsman
His shotgun is put away in the gun case with care,
His bird dog lies quietly on a pillow, just there.
The rod and tackle are in the barn in their place,
And our memories are filled with the smile on his face.
He so loved the outdoors and he shared it with joy,
He never seemed to get enough, even as a young boy.
He shared his love and his knowledge with friends along the way,
And we'll find ourselves thinking of him, long after today.
So think of the times this outdoorsman crossed your trail,
And never, ever forget that this life can be frail.
Live life to its fullest, leave no path unexplored,
And some day you'll find him......sitting next to our Lord.
Rest In Peace Ken!
