Teething question

My pup is currently teething. Noticed since the teething began that not only is he itching his muzzle, which my last dog did as well during the process, but he is also itching his ears and eyes a lot?

Do you think the eye/ear itching could be related to the teething? Eyes and ears seem fine otherwise. No discharge, eyelids are normal color, and ears are dry and not warm.
