Question About Breed Registries

In light of the recent VDD ruling (that from July 1 going forward, no more DD's can be registered with other registries and those currently registered must be put on Limited Registration with other registries), I'm wondering how many other breed registries have this sort of rule? Someone told me that one of the Pudelpointer clubs has it but I can't find it anywhere....
