problem with litter enrolment

on the litter enrolment form for field dog stud book it ask color of dames dame I don't know this info and cant find this info out what do I put down n/a would that be all right

The way the form is set up is confusing, and I think you're reading it wrong. They want the color and breed of the dam and the sire. As you see, there isn't a line anywhere else for that info.

Shags is correct they want the info of your dog

You won't need it , if it's a dog already registered with the field they have it
