Anyone use one? Looking at getting one for 42lb shorthair, but not sure of sizing. Do they run small or big? Just for use in freezing temps/snow in SD. By neck/chest/wt chart on website she could be a small or medium. Just need advice on fit and how folks like them. Thanks
